1. Introduction

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book a tour, you must complete the booking form and pay the required deposit.

• Payment: Full payment must be made [30] days before the tour start date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

o Less than [7] days before the tour: No refund.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other potential risks.

6. Health and Safety

• Health Requirements: You must inform the Company of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

• Safety: You must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide. The Company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to your negligence.

7. Liability

The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in the tour, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the Company's negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [QLD/Australia]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Australia/QLD.
